We would like to inform you that from July 1st, 2024, new charging policies of the banking institution viva.com will come into effect. Below you will find detailed information regarding the new charges and the services offered.

The Greek IBAN is an optional service costing 10€/month, which covers incoming transfers. Instead of being charged individually for each incoming transfer (cost ranging from €3 to €10), you can opt for the monthly charge of 10€, significantly saving costs and gaining convenience with unlimited incoming transfers.

If you do not need to receive incoming transfers, this service is not necessary. You can continue to receive your sales settlements and transfer money to any IBAN account you wish at no additional cost.

Currently, the use of the IRIS Online service requires an activated IBAN. If there are any changes, we will notify you immediately.

The new packages include all the services that differentiate viva.com from the competition. Three packages are available for you to choose from:

For the free outgoing transfers according to your plan, the only charge is 0.70€/transfer corresponding to the OUR expenses.

The monthly charge concerns the provided services and not the terminals. There is no new cost for your terminals. With the default plan, if you have 4 terminals instead of 3, you do not need to change your plan. The service cost for the additional terminal is 2€/month. That is 4.99€ +2€.
