Check in system operating specifications
To be able to use the new ScanMore application, you must own a smartphone or tablet with an operating system, Android version 5.0 or higher or Apple version 12.4 or higher, with a camera. You may also connect your device to a barcode scanner.
A stable Internet connection is also required to download ticket/event data. In case of offline scanning, you may download all barcodes beforehand.
How to install the ScanMore application
You must install the ScanMore application on your Android/iOS device.
You can download the app from the App Store / Huawei App Gallery / Google Play directly using the following QR code (scan or click) or click here:
Once you have completed the installation you will need to connect the device ID with your company. To connect, you must open the application and accept all the permissions (e.g. access to the camera) that your device recommends, as they are necessary for its proper use.
Then you click on the top right gear to find the ID you need to connect to your teller profile.
After copying the code, go onto teller under the "Administration" tab and then on the left taskbar select "Check-in". Once the page loads click on "Add new check-in device".
On the window that opens, paste the ID you copied from the mobile device and then fill in a friendly name to distinguish it from all other devices under your account, e.g. George, Maria, Gate 2 etc.
You must select 4.21 on the version option.
Finally, click on save to complete the process of adding the device to your company.
