There are two ways to set a specific presales time.
The first one can be set from the "General Information" tab of your event page and the second one can be set from the "Event dates" tab.
If you choose the first one, the presales are activated automatically, whereas by choosing the second one the presales can only be activated manually; in that case you have to login and set the date and time that you want the presales to start.
First Way:
The ability to set presales time is not related to the appearance of the event on More.com
For your page to appear on More.com, you must have published it through the "Marketing material" tab (the publication process can be seen here).
If you set a specific presales time, customers will be able to book their tickets after the time you have set.
First click the tab "Administration“.
From the menu select "Events".
And then from the list select the event.
The "General Information" tab will be opened. There you can find in the Tickets section, the "Ticket presale start on" with the day and time option.
After you save the changes and you have added the marketing material, your page will appear in this way:
If you need to set the presales time asap, you can select to start on yesterday's date and "save".
Second Way:
First click the tab "Administration“.
From the menu select "Events".
Select your event.
And then select the tab "Event Dates".
Once you find the event, select it, and then press the "Activate / Deactivate ticket presales".
In case you need to deactivate the presales, select "No" and type a relevant message and "Save".
Once you complete this action, the message will appear online as below.
In case you need to activate the presales, on the previews step select "Yes" and "Save".
