A ticket reservation is an order that has not yet been paid by the customer (see instructions for creating a reservation here).
Ticket reservations made by users of the Ticketing Platform appear on the event's seating plan in a pale grey colour.
In order to edit a ticket reservation order, you need to go to its view order page.
On the ''New order'' tab, select the event (date) you want. If you mouse over reserved seats, you can see the name you entered when you created the reservation.
By double-left-clicking on the reserved seats you can go to the order page.
On the top left-hand side of the screen you can see its order number.

Alternatively, you can search for a reservation order using any of the customer's info you entered when creating it (see instructions for how to search here).
