A page of multiple events is a play on Viva Ticketing Platform which has been set as a "Page Of Multiple Events", so that it can show events of different plays.
Example of a festival page
In the example that follows, Festival 2021 is a play that has been defined as a page of multiple events and the events, Event 1 and Event 2, are different plays that have been added to the festival-page Festival 2021, so that all events are displayed on one page, also facilitating the promotion of Festival 2021.
In the above example, if the play Festival 2021 was not a page of multiple events, instead of Event 1 and Event 2, you would see Festival 2021.
This feature is very useful when we have a multi-day ticket (see instructions here) or when we want different events to be displayed in the same page and their own event title (e.g. in the context of a festival).
In order to set a play on Viva Ticketing Platform as a festival page, you go to the "marketing material" tab of this play:
Select the ''Administration'' tab
Click on ''edit'' in the ''plays'' category at the left-hand side of the page.
Select the event you want to set as a festival-page from the list to the right.
This will take you to the "production settings" from where you select the "marketing material" tab.
Click on the "Is a Page Of Multiple Events" field and then click on "save".
