You can also use the More.com Ticketing Platform to sell tickets at your venue's box office 😃.
Go to the "New order" tab and select your event from the list on the left-hand side of the screen.
Then select the seats you want to sell from the seating plan by clicking on them.
The selected seats will appear in yellow. Once you select the seats they will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
From the drop down menu you can apply a discount, as long as it exists in the pricelist.
Having selected the tickets you want, you have 2 options:
A. You can press ''payoff by cash & print΄΄ or ''payoff by pos & print''.
This method doesn't save the customer's details and a thermal printer must be connected in order to print the ticket(s). It's a very handy choice shortly before an event starts.
Once you select ''payoff and print'' (either cash or pos), a pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm the action. If you select ''yes'' on the pop-up, the sale is completed and the tickets will be printed by the connected thermal printer.
Once you have completed the sale, you go to the order page. If you want to proceed with another sale click on the ''New order'' tab.
B. You can click on "new customer" and go to the order page.
Having selected the tickets you want, click on "new customer" to move on to the order page or search the customer you want from the ''customer information'' button.
You can enter the customer's name, telehone or email and select from the list that appears the customer you want, by clicking on the magnifying glass icon.
On the order page you can select the payment method or edit it again.
