Through the "Check-in" tab of the ticketing platform, you can be informed about the flow of checked-in tickets at your event in real time (the update is every 30 seconds). By selecting the event from the left menu, the floor plan is displayed. The seats, for which spectators have checked in, will turn blue on the floor plan.

The blue color of the seats on the floor plan corresponds to tickets that have been checked-in, while the grey refers to tickets that have not arrived (have not gone through check-in).

In addition, on the status table, on the right side of the screen, you can see the number of tickets that have already checked in and its percentage.
