Firstly, you need to update the new time and/or date on the ticketing platform.
Then, you will need to notify your customers about the change and advise them about your refund policy.
Note: Any changes made to an event on the ticketing platform will not notify existing ticket holders.
1. Change of date
You can change the date of an event on the ticketing platform by following the steps below:
Click on the "Administration" tab
Select "edit" under the "plays" section.
From the events list on your right, select the play you want to edit.
Click on the "existing events" tab.
Go to the date you want to change and click on the pencil icon in the respective cell. The calendar will pop up. Select the new date and click "OK".
A pop-up window will appear letting you know that you will need to let existing customers know of the change of date. Click on "yes".
The system will then let you know that the date was "updated successfully" and you just need to click "OK".
2. Change of time
Go to the "existing events" tab of the event you want to change its start time.
If the change concerns one event date, it can be done by pressing the pencil in the respective cell. You select the time you want, press ''OK'', in the "attention" window press "yes" and in the window with the message "The update was successful", press "OK" again.
If you want to change the time on more than one dates and enter the same time for them, you will first need to select all the dates by clicking the tickboxes next to each date you want to change. Then go to the "general settings" at the bottom of the table and click on "change time".
