For every discounted ticket you set up, you can limit:
Minimum number of tickets available per transaction
Maximum number of tickets available per transaction
How many ticket will be sold in batches
These limits apply per transaction and do not limit the total amount of discounted tickets available for the event.
You can combine these limits if you want.
Examples of these limits' use
If you want to set up a 2-for-1 offer then you need to set both the maximum and minimum amount of tickets available per transaction to 2 and then tick the "percentage" tickbox and enter 50 into the discount value field (as shown above for the discount 1+1).
If you want some tickets to only be sold in groups you can set the relevant limits for maximum and minimum tickets to the same figure.
For example, if you want a price to be available only in groups of 4 then set both the maximum and minimum to 4.
If you only set the maximum limit to 4, a customer can purchase up to 4 discounted tickets.
If you set the maximum limit to 4 and the "show tickets by" to 2, a customer can only purchase 2 or 4 tickets per transaction.
Attention:
Always check the options you have applied by making a test purchase.
