In order to start working with the Viva Ticketing Platform you need to be online.

Where you will come across the log-in screen:

Enter your username and password and click on ''Log In''.

You will then be asked to state your teller / working station. Click to open the dropdown menu, select "Cashier 1" and click on ''Save''.

This field only affects your connected ticket printer. If you’re a new user you will only be able to select "Cashier 1"

If you have connected a ticket printer through the printing monitor app, you’ll need to select the relevant working station.
